INGREDIENTS: Nettle leaves
(Urtica dioica folium – pulvis)
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: Boil a dessert spoon of nettle leaf in 2 dl of water for 15 minutes and leave it to stand overnight, then drink a little during the day instead of water. For 1 liter of water use 50 g of leaves.
The young leaf is most valued and used, it contains salts, tannins, chlorophyll, phytosterols, vitamins C, A, K, and P, Na, Ca and a lot of Fe. It is used to treat anaemia, diarrhoea, to stop bleeding, to strengthen the body and for other purposes.
HOW TO STORE: Keep closed, in the original packaging, in a dark place at room temperature.
