INGREDIENTS:
Lemon balm – leaf 100%
(Melissa officinalis folium – pulvis)

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: Put 1 dessert spoon of lemon balm (dried leaf) in 2 dl of boiling water, cover and leave for half an hour. Strain and drink unsweetened before meals.

Lemon balm leaf is picked and used before flowering as it then has the most fragrant essential oil and tannin. Used against bloating, neuralgia, “”nervous disorders””, nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, to improve the appetite, for strength and as a refreshing drink.

HOW TO STORE: Keep closed, in the original packaging, in a dark place at room temperature.
