Cover and leave to stand for 30 minutes. Strain and sweeten to taste.<br \/>\nCamomile flower is carminative, antispasmodic, mild sedative, antiseptic, anticataractic and stomachic. It has a beneficial effect on gastritis, enteritis, colitis, bloating, cramps, neurodepression and nervous diarrhoea.
